I’m so glad you found my website! I’m [Name], a Certified Holistic Health Coach who is on a mission to help women look and feel confident, vibrant, and energized by losing weight and breaking free from sugar dependency! After having my kids and being a stay-at-home mom for several years, I found myself 30 pounds overweight. Not only was I unhappy with how I looked, I hated how I felt – tired, achy, and moody all the time. I didn’t even have the energy to play with my kids!
It was time to make a change, and I realized that most of my diet was based on SUGAR! Sugary cereal for breakfast, sugary coffee, quick snacks, ice cream after dinner – yikes! So, I did my research and learned how to break my addiction to sugar, and within weeks, I had more energy, no more aches and pains, and started to notice the weight was coming off. I wanted to help other women get their confidence and energy back, so I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach!
